The dramatic collapse of a wealthy, industrialist/Junker family during the reign of the Third Reich. In the early days of Nazi Germany, a powerful noble family must adjust to life under the new dictatorship regime. The transition from democracy to dictatorship is thus dramatized through the lives of the family which also owns a powerful German industrial firm. Through such characters as a German Baron, a child molester, a Nazi Storm Trooper, an innocent man framed for murder, and a Captain in the German SS, "Damned" thus shows how so called "German Upper Class Nobility" first resented Adolf Hitler, then accepted him, and at last embraced him.

nudity	There are several scenes in which a woman's breasts are shown. There are a number of scenes of rear male nudity. There is one close-up scene of an adult son's face against his mother's naked crotch. In a skinny-dipping scene, a few penises flash here and there, but they are distant and indistinct. There are a number of sexual situations which imply imminent sexual activity. These include a mother/son incest relationship and child molestation. There is an extended sequence of homosexual carousing--naked bodies in a pile, drunken cross-dressed performances, etc.
violence	A man is discovered bloody and dead in his bed. The dangling feet of a hanged girl are shown. An inn is raided and its patrons shot to death en masse in an extended sequence.
