(alternate shots in the unrated cut) The movie opens with a violent bar brawl. A mans butt is lit on fire, and another is knocked out with a beerbottle showing blood on his face. Blood pours out of cuts as a man's hands are cut from being handcuffed to a toilet. Little blood when a toilet hits a man on the head. Brief fight follows, another man gets bashed in the head with a part of the toilet. Some blood. There are several murders, some take place in a porn booth and others in a restaraunt. Lots of blood is shown, and some are very violent (there are more graphic shots in the unrated version) Several murder crime scenes are shown during a police investigation with realistic detail to the blood and gore.
