Marty and Doc are at it again in this wacky sequel to the 1985 blockbuster as the time-traveling duo head to 2015 to nip some McFly family woes in the bud. But things go awry thanks to bully Biff Tannen and a pesky sports almanac. In a last-ditch attempt to set things straight, Marty finds himself bound for 1955 and face to face with his teenage parents -- again.

nudity In a alternate timeline, the main character's mother has had plastic surgery on her breasts to enlarge them. Only her cleavage is shown. A man heavily french kisses a woman who is not enjoying it. Several shots of women in their underwear, and stockings and suspenders in a 50's adult magazine. Very brief.
violence Characters fight. One of the main characters is threatened with a gun and is told that the same gun killed his father years ago. Characters are knocked out or have the wind knocked out of them at times. A man kicks another in the gut twice. A little bruising is shown on a man's nose and mouth. No blood is shown but some could still consider it brutal for PG rated film. During an argument, one character pushes his wife to the ground. In 1985A, a bunch of people with guns attempt to shoot and kill Mr. Strickland.
profanity "Shit" is said about eight times but not to excess. "Asshole", "Son of a Bitch" and "Bastard" are said many times. A couple dozen or more uses each of "Damn" and "Hell". One "Goddamn". Around 60 profane, vulgar or obscene words.
alcohol Lorraine slams down a shot of whiskey during a fight with Biff in alternate 1985. In 1955, Biff and his gang members pour a liquor into the punch bowl and then take off suspiciously when the principal walks towards them. Later, the principal asks if Biff has been drinking. In a later scene we see the principal in his office drinking something out of a mug (later revealed to be gin.) In addition, there's a deleted scene where a guy is drunk. Police believe a young lady is tranked. They talk about the neighborhood she lives in is full of tranked people.
frightening The ending has a bit of a twist to it. The climax of the film is a bit intense and full of suspense. There's a cafe brawl where a lady supposedly uses a hook to grab another young man's groin (we don't actually see it for sure, but its implied) The alternate 1985 is really freaky/intense. The end of the film is also a bit more harsh but not as bad as the alternate 1985. Some of the deleted scenes are also quite intense. The alternate timeline as well as the scenes where crime and ruin lay waste throughout the streets and neighborhoods are quite menacing as well as disturbing for some. A man laughs manically as he tries to run a man down in his car as he chases him through a tunnel. It may be a little intense for very little kids. some brief violence, and suggestive content.
